A data professional with over 20 years of experience, she has held Chief Data roles at Gallagher, Three Mobile, KPMG, and NHS Digital, and has led FTSE and S&P 500 companies. She now oversees a £200bn private equity portfolio of businesses. A decorated Fellow and one of the UK’s most influential and experienced leaders in Data and AI, Tia’s career spans more than two decades of building enterprise‑wide, resilient, data‑driven, and future‑proof digital capabilities. 

As one of the original first‑generation Chief Data Officers, Tia is recognised for delivering complex transformation at global scale. Her work includes mapping the human genome, launching 5G telecommunications, predicting fraud, and establishing widely adopted skills frameworks for technology professionals.
