Dr. Kristof Schum

Dr. Kristof Schum is the Agentic AI Segment Leader for Amazon Web Services Europe. Kristof is responsible for the regional system integrator and technology partner strategy for the AWS regarding agentic and generative AI. After five years of management consulting experience and an MBA from Wharton, he joined Amazon as a product manager to lead machine learning model building for the Amazon Global Selling team. He specializes in personalization and automatic summarization in AI, which he has also taught to developers and ML engineers at Amazon Machine Learning University. He has also been a speaker at numerous international events, such as the NVIDIA GTC conference, the annual conferences of Databricks, Dataiku, Snowflakes, UiPath and BluePrism, as well as AWS Re:Invent and Re:MARS. He led the global machine learning partner team in Seattle for five years and is now focused on the European agentic AI community.
