Alexander Kroll

Alexander Kroll is Technical Director for the Global Apps, BPS & Data Practice in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) at NTT DATA. He leads strategic initiatives at the intersection of Cloud Native engineering and Generative AI as the technical lead for the Cloud Native and GenAI Agentic Delivery organization, helping enterprises design and implement AI-driven transformation programs. 

A Distinguished Forward Deployed Engineer, Alexander specializes in Generative AI and Agentic AI, advising C-level executives on translating emerging technologies into scalable business solutions. He also leads the GenAI and FDE training initiative for the DACH practice, building enterprise AI capabilities across consultants and engineers. 

Since joining NTT DATA in 2013, Alexander has helped global clients accelerate digital transformation through cloud-native architectures, modern software engineering, and AI-powered solutions. He holds a degree from Technische Hochschule Rosenheim.
