John Sapp is a cybersecurity leader with more than 35 years of experience across information technology, cybersecurity, and enterprise risk management. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about helping organizations build practical, resilient security programs that not only protect the business, but also enable innovation and growth.

John is known for bringing a collaborative and business-focused approach to cybersecurity leadership. As a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer and trusted advisor to executive leadership and Boards of Directors, John is known for translating complex cybersecurity challenges into clear business context and driving risk-informed decision-making with all stakeholders.

He enjoys working across teams and helping translate security challenges into meaningful business conversations to identify insights that deliver the desired business outcomes and value delivery within an organization. His experience spans cybersecurity strategy, various domains of security with a specialization in application security, security operations, cyber risk governance, emerging technologies, and cyber resilience.
